The Goal is to team up with family, friends, and community to help reverse Heart Disease as being the world’s No.1 Killer.
Lower your risk with just
22 minutes a day. How?
The recommended amount of physical activity is a about a 150-minutes a week for lowering heart disease, diabetes, and stroke.
Divide that by 7 days and you get 22 minutes.
Physical activity helps you immediately feel better, function better, and sleep better. It also reduces anxiety.
Now what are you going to do during those 22 minutes? You can walk, ride a bike, swim, cycle, skateboarding, run, dance, or do jumping jacks.
You can do anything you like as long as, it gets your heart rate up.
Below are just a few of the many things we hope participants can accomplish during as The Challenge:

-
Shed excess pounds, achieve healthier weights, and reduce the risk for heart disease and other life-threatening diseases.
-
Unite as a community and use our resources to overcome the health problems that afflict us.
-
Learn more about our heart and how to live healthier and longer lives.
-
Teach youth about the importance of making healthy lifestyle decisions that will benefit them for years to come.

However you are able to find those 22 minutes, The Beat It Foundation is here to support you.
